1. You may order the Main Dish and/or The Floater for any day(s) in the month. Enter the quantity you need in the text box below each day you would like service. Please place your order at least 72 hours before the day you would like delivery.
2. Enter your contact information at the bottom of the form. Your Name and E-mail address are required to place an order.
3. Click the "Preview Order" button to submit your order for review BEFORE the final submission.
4. Either confirm or change your order prior to final submission. Once you click "Submit Order", an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you enter. Additionally, Shingo will confirm order receipt within 24 hours. If you do not receive the additional confirmation, please call 650.520.9042. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are subject to a 40% fee.Thank you!
